Thanks to its design, a family with two children can find a comfortable home in it. It consists of two single-storey sections, connected by a glazed entrance area. Its special feature is reached by a 5 degree rotation of the bodies of the living room and the kitchen. In addition to the shared bathroom, the master bedroom has a separate bathroom, accessible only through it. The wide hallway allows for built-in wardrobes, thus maximising the use of the hallway space. The large glazed openings and the open deck design of the turned mass provide an airy living space.
Our H11M type house is an extended version of the MO1, available as a finished design, where common areas such as the living room and the kitchen are located in one part of the building, while the bedrooms and bathrooms are located in the other. The section of the building accommodating the kitchen/living area is rotated at a five-degree angle to the section containing the bedrooms, in a "V" shape. Its size and layout make it suitable for families with several children, both as a family house and as a holiday home. The two parts of the house are connected by a glass 'conservatory', where the entrance to the house is located as well. In the building there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in total. The master/parent bedroom is equipped with a separate bathroom, which is only accessible from the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms and bathrooms are accessed from a corridor along the longitudinal axis of the building. The living room and the kitchen provide airy living space with their open deck design and appropriately placed doors and windows.
