In our L11M type house, the private and communal spaces are separated into two separate building blocks.
In our L11M type house, the private and communal spaces are separated into two separate building blocks. The sections are connected by a glazed entrance space. The "L" shape of the house can provide a sense of security for families with several children, as it puts the inner courtyard in a more protected position and provides views of the garden from several points of the house. The wide hallway allows for built-in wardrobes, maximising the use of the hallway space. Thanks to the "L" shape, the main living space is able to receive light from several sides, creating a pleasant sense of space.
