In all cases, the deadlines published on the Website are our "as is" estimates for the production of the ModulWood product you have ordered from the date of payment of the advance payment, and we reserve the right to make changes in this respect.

Pre-registration campaign, conditions and nature of the discount

As part of the market launch of ModulWood products, ModulWood Zrt. is conducting a pre-registration campaign, in the framework of which those interested in the product can register through the website by filling in the pre-registration questionnaire.

ModulWood Zrt. offers a discount of 2% of the final invoice amount, but up to a maximum of HUF 1 million, to those who complete the pre-registration questionnaire. The discount is available if a sales contract is concluded between ModulWood Zrt. as the seller and the discount recipient as the buyer by 31 December 2024 at the latest for the purchase of a ModulWood model house.

If the pre-registrant does not conclude a contract with ModulWood Zrt. within the above deadline, the discount will expire.

The pre-registration campaign is valid from 8 April 2024 until its withdrawal, but no later than 31 December 2024. The discount is non-transferable. We reserve the right to make changes.

The use of the Configurator

The ModulWood configurator is the first step in assembling and designing your ideal ModulWood modular timber house, and is intended to provide you with an approximate price calculation.

The price calculation on the Website for the configuration created using the Configurator does not constitute an offer, and does not create any contractual obligation, but is for information purposes only. Accordingly, ModulWood Zrt's acceptance of the price calculation, in whole or in part (individual elements), shall not create a contract or other obligation between ModulWood Zrt and you.

ModulWood Zrt. is entitled to change the prices used by the configurator without notice. If you wish to enter into a binding agreement with our company on the basis of the price calculation, please contact the sales office of ModulWood Zrt. Only an officially signed offer sent by e-mail by the sales staff of ModulWood Zrt. shall be deemed to be a binding offer.

The legal nature of ModulWood houses

ModulWood houses according to the current regulations are considered as real estate after their placement, so their installation can only be carried out in compliance with the current building and town planning regulations. Therefore the sales contract is always concluded after the legal and physical characteristics of the land on which the house is located have been assessed and the necessary permits and approvals have been obtained.

The cost of installing ModulWood houses (foundations, utility connections) may vary from property to property. To ensure that the installation process is "stress-free", we will deal with these matters when the relevant contracts are signed, and provide a detailed estimate of the total cost of the construction once the survey phase is completed.
